Buying from big-timemarketing.com is easy. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.
Selecting "Order" adds an item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your cart, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. Put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you're finished shopping and want to place the order, click the "View Order" button to see the contents of your cart and then select "Checkout".

You may pay online via credit/charge card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged when your items have been shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping and delivery
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Big-timemarketing.com does not ship to international addresses (outside the U.S.), PO. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

We strive to keep the products advertised in our store available to our customers at all times. In the event that an order is placed and we are unable to fulfill it due to inadequate inventory, you will be notified via email. At this time you will have the ability to either cancel your order or obtain further information via our customer service representatives.
Order confirmation
You will be provided with two confirmation e-mails. The first e-mail will confirm receipt of your online order and provide you with an order confirmation number. The second e-mail will confirm shipment of your order and the total amount charged to your credit card. This email will also provide you with shipment tracking numbers if available from the shipping carrier.
Returns and exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unless the shipment is due to an error by big-timemarketing.com, shipping costs will not be refunded. When your item(s) is received at our Returns Center, your refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase your item(s). In order to expedite the returns process, please include a copy of your invoice or your invoice number with the return shipment. If you would like to exchange your item for either an alternate size/color or for credit towards a different item, please contact us at orders@big-timemarketing.com. Please note, shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.
